content This book supersedes the out of print and far smaller collection catalogue published in 1984, and portrays the entire CoBrA collection of the Stedelijk Museum Schiedam. The publication of this book coincides with the opening of a major retrospective of the Schiedam CoBrA collection. design Thirteen Cobra artists are represented in the book. Each artist has a complete section indicated by a specific colour. The design is inspired by a children’s book, simple typography and images surrounded by large white surfaces. The last section of the book is organised as an archive. Images, texts, letters and a number of essays are included in this section. A selection of pages is shown.
