content This plan for Lelystad focuses on making the diversity and spatial dynamic of the Visarenddreef visible. The traffic function forms the basis for the plan and is worked out to the smallest detail. The additional programme is related to the type of traffic. Besides the function of connectivity, a place for habitation is created in this manner. Mono-functional areas are made multifunctional thereby connecting the closed neighbourhoods. Besides accessibility, interaction is stimulated by creating a visual overview. Instead of using green zones as connections, they are clustered resulting in a diverse landscape.
